- Must be a registered business.
- Must provide Government ID for identity verification to protect sellers and customers.
- Must provide a bank account where Lavish Gear Shop can charge fees and send proceeds from your sales.
- Must be capable to fulfill, ship, and provide tracking for all orders within 3 calendar days.
- Must agree and adhere to Lavish Gear Shop Shipping Policy.
- Must agree and adhere to Lavish Gear Shop Refund Policy.
- Must agree and adhere to Lavish Gear Shop Terms of Service.
- Must have a product identifier, such as GTIN, UPC, ISBN, or EAN to specify the exact item you’re selling or request an exemption.
