CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our Product Returns Portal.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the unused goods back to us using our Product Returns Portal and make a new purchase for the item or items you want through our site.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returns are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Product Returns Portal to initiate the returns process.
WHAT IF I MAKE A RETURN ON A PURCHASE MADE THROUGH INSTALLMENTS WITH SHOP PAY?
If your refund amount is less than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect one or both of the following:
- A smaller payment balance on the final payment.
- Less future payments on the remaining loan balance.
If your refund amount is more than the amount remaining on your Shop Pay Installments balance, then you can expect to receive the difference as a refund to your original debit card or credit card payment method within 3 to 10 business days.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition! Please let us make it right. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may initiate a return in the Product Return Portal.
WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?
Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our Customer Support team at email@example.com for assistance.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCTS. WHAT DO I DO?
